Top quality, awarded by German Agricultural Society (DLG)
Each year, we face the high requirements of the quality contests of German Agricultural Society.
On occasion of the 2011 DLG quality contest, our products were awarded with 28 Gold, 33 Silver and 2 Bronze medals. Our complete BIO product range was awarded, too.
Eleven times in series amongst the best
The Bundesehrenpreis is a special award granted to the 12 best bakeries and large bakeries showing best overall results in quality contest of DLG during the preceding year.
For eleven times in series, the Biebelhausener Mühle GmbH & Co. KG was decorated with the Bundesehrenpreis. Thus, we were honoured for the first time with this Bundesehrenpreis in Gold.

ISO certificate
After 10 months of preparation, Biebelhausener Mühle GmbH & Co. KG for the first time achieved the certification as per ISO 9001:2000 in November 2003.
The TÜV CERT Company for certification thus confirms that Biebelhausener Mühle GmbH & Co. KG introduced and applies a quality management system for the areas development, production and sales of bread, bakery and pastry goods.
We have this certification checked and renewed every year by TÜV.
